Intended for ecologically cleaning of non-wiping washing optical components of different brands of glass after machining and before coating in a vacuum. The complex may be used in other industries for cleaning the parts of metal, plastic, glass. The working of the complex is managed by a control system based on programmable controller. Moving tapes with details in the bath to the bath is carried out under a special program with help of two autooperators. A complex consists of the separate modules that unite in a line to lateral planes. Washing is carried out in an organic solvent and in aqueous solutions of surfactants. Intended for ecologically cleaning of non-wiping washing large size optical components of quartz glass after coating in a vacuum.

For safety of the complex of washing and exclusion of dust in the work area , including loading and unloading tables, on the installation frame a guard of working area is mounted. The bottom of the guard of working area on the front wall sliding windows of glass are mounted. Frame of installation for washing is closed the door, which provide access to a variety of complex mechanisms.

The working of the complex is managed by a control system based on programmable controller, servo system, high-speed input-output modules and operator panel.

A complex is intended for an environmentally ecologically cleaning of non-wiping washing of optical details from glasses of groups of chemical stability AI, AII, AIII, AIV, BI, VI (according with GOST 13659-78 and GOST 9411-91) after machining and before coating in a vacuum. This complex may be used in other industries for cleaning the parts of metal and glass.

Complex consists of the separate modules, which will be joined into the line over the sides. Washing occurs in the aqueous solutions of surfactants and in the organic solvents.

The working of the complex is managed by a control system based on programmable controller, the transfer of cassettes with details from bath in bath is executed on the special program by two autooperators.

Mechanized complex for washing model MKP-1

A complex is intended for the ecologically cleaning of non-wiping washing of optical details from the crystal of KDP before application of the coatings with the method of sol-gel technology.

A complex is equipped by the system of extinguishing of fire and multifunction operator, contains ultrasonic baths in the explosion-proof performance.

For the purpose of safety of the work of the installation of washing and exception of the entry of dust into working zone, the working part of the installation is closed with the protective housing, in upper part of which are established the moduli of cleaning air, which include coarse filter, HEPA- filter and laminating device.

A management by work of complex for washing comes true in the manual mode.
